If you need to make a complaint
Chroma is committed to listening to and respecting all of its service users including children and young people. It is inevitable, however, that we will occasionally get things wrong and we need to be told so we can put things right. If you have a comment or complaint about any aspect of the service we have provided you, you can:
- Talk to the Chroma therapist who provides you with the service
- Phone us on 0330 440 1838 and make a complaint to a member of our staff.
