Quality Assurance

Effective, Ethical, Trusted

As an organisation Chroma is constantly evaluating, evolving and learning. Our work is a partnership between national and international organisations, our team of Allied Health Professionals, our Advisory Panel and most importantly with the people who participate in our range of services. We value their input on all aspects of what we do.

To ensure our work is of the highest possible quality we evaluate all our services and request feedback from participants, centre managers, commissioners and other healthcare, education, early years professionals. We use assessment and outcomes tools which are robust and have been subjected to international evaluation and review.

Our team are:

  • Regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Trained to “above mandatory” standards in Safeguarding (Level 3)
  • In adherence of nationally agreed Codes of Ethics
  • Covered by Public Liability and Malpractice Insurance
  • Subject to CRB/DBS enhanced police checks

As you would expect Chroma actively implements a full range of policies and procedures and has public liability and indemnity insurance covering our work.

If you have further questions or wish to raise a concern about any aspect of our work, please contact our senior team who will be happy to talk in confidence with you. You can get in touch via our contact page or simply by phoning 0330 440 1838.
