Prevention and early intervention
Chroma has a long track record of working with primary aged children and their families
Based within primary schools, our creative therapies services adhere to best practice guidance from NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). Our work supports positive and resilient emotional, social and mental health in young children.
Often working in small groups or with families, our experienced team work towards shared goals set in partnership with Educational Psychologists, teaching staff and young people themselves. We provide baseline and follow-on assessments, formal reports everything else you would expect from a tried, tested and trusted therapy provider.
We work with children with a range of challenges including:
- Learning difficulties
- Troubled family backgrounds
- Attachment disorders
- Langauge and communication delays
- Physical difficulties
