Chroma adopts ALLDOQ for Music Therapy Expert Witness Service

Chroma, the UK’s leading provider of arts therapies, will utilise ALLDOQ, the specialist workspace for expert witnesses and lawyers, for its recently launched music therapy expert witness service.

ALLDOQ was developed by McCollum Consultants, the UK’s leading chamber of expert witnesses. Prior to its launch in January 2024, McCollum Consultants entered into a joint venture with Involve Visual Collaboration, specialists in secure government and NHS communications. The cloud-based platform is proven to improve expert witness productivity by up to 30%. Its user-friendly workspace offers a comprehensive solution enabling experts and lawyers to securely store, organise, share, and complete their medico-legal work. ALLDOQ makes it easier than ever to stay organised, meet deadlines, and accomplish tasks wherever they are in the world.

Its unique features, such as the integrated radiology browser and the report builder application, allow users to create court-ready documents populated with annotated evidence.

Chroma’s music therapy expert witness service helps legal teams access independent expert witness testimony emphasising (or explaining) the benefits of music therapy within rehabilitation programmes and improving an individual’s quality of life.

When implemented alongside physiotherapy, occupational therapy or speech and language therapy, music therapy is proven to advance rehabilitation outcomes, supporting improvements in clients’ functional and cognitive abilities as well as their psychological well-being.

Daniel Thomas, managing director at Chroma, added: “On launching our music therapy expert witness service, we have ensured that all our experts have the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness certificate – as part of our quality assurance approach to the service, and coupled with using ALLDOQ, we believe these parameters set an example of best practice.

“The platform makes case management efficient; its workflow features ensure ease of communication between all parties involved, reports are already in a court-approved format, it’s GDPR compliant, safe and secure.

“Case managers and injury lawyers welcome our use of ALLDOQ as they recognise its benefits and how comprehensive the system is. Since implementation, we have seen improved workflows and productivity.”

Professor Charles McCollum, Co-Founder Of McCollum Consultants Ltd, says: “Having developed ALLDOQ with the help of our 180 Medical Experts chosen for their excellence and specialist knowledge, we are delighted Chroma are joining us in using ALLDOQ. The security and reliability of ALLDOQ has earned the confidence of our instructing solicitors, barrister and The Courts. We’re excited to watch them grow as expert witnesses in their niche market.”

Since its launch, ALLDOQ has become the case management tool of choice for expert witnesses and lawyers. The platform achieves 5-star reviews on Trustpilot.
