Chroma has a Statement of Purpose, as part of its registration with Ofsted as an Adoption Support Agency. This document sets out the framework for Chroma’s Adoption Support Service as required under the Adoption & Children Act 2002, the Adoption Agencies Regulations and Guidance 2013, and the Adoption National Minimum Standards (Care Standards Act 2000).
